Cocoa butter
is rich in nutritive fatty acids, minerals, polyphenols, and Vitamin E. It was traditionally used to sooth, protect, and moisturize skin that was exposed to harsh weather conditions. It is known to help keep skin supple, and can be used to ease stretch marks during pregnancy. Cocoa butter works well as a protective and moisturizing agent for very dry, flaky and problematic skin types. Our cocoa butter has a lovely chocolate aroma and is grown organically without GMOs.
Mango butter
has a composition that is similar to that of Shea Butter with a different fatty acid content. It smells slightly sweet and nutty in its natural, unrefined state and has natural emollient properties. Mango butter contains vitamin A, which protects skin against damage caused by UV radiation and stimulates collagen production.
Sweet almond oil
consists mainly of oleic acids, unsaturated fatty acids, sterolins, and vitamin E. Oleic acids maintain the softness of skin, exhibit antioxidant properties, and reduce the appearance of aging. When applied to the skin, sterols and sterolins boost collagen production, skin hydration, and have strong anti-aging effects. Sweet almond oil works well for problem, dry, and itchy skin. It penetrates easily into the skin and is an effective emollient for both skin and hair. This ingredient is sourced organically and expeller pressed.
Coconut oil
is extracted from the meat of the coconut and has a high lauric acid content, which reportedly has high antimicrobial activity. Coconut oil is also known to be very anti-oxidizing and moisturizing. We only use unrefined coconut oil, so it has the most stunning natural smell.
Castor oil
is a humectant that attracts moisture to the skin and contains both antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, which help eliminate skin infections and irritations. We love working with castor oil because of its smooth, viscous texture and ability to keep moisture in the skin.

It also has magnesium myristate, which is known for its ability to improve adhesion and siip in makeup products. Both of which are entirely safe for the skin.
Beeswax
is a natural thickening agent in skincare formulations, and when applied, adds an occlusive barrier that helps to protect against harsh weather conditions all while trapping moisture into the skin. We source all of our beeswax from local beekeepers that use sustainable and ethical practices.

Calendula

It is manufactured by fermentation of non-gmo natural carbohydrates including glucose syrup from maize as well as sugar from sugar beet or sugar cane.
Vitamin E oil
is one of the purest forms of anti-oxidant. It has the ability to rid the skin of free radicals, which are dangerous molecules that have the potential to destroy skin collagen. It is used commonly in oil based cosmetic products to help prevent rancidity and elongate shelf life.
